We are very certain that you'll love our towels, but if for any reason you don't, or you’ve simply changed your mind, any items may be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.
Simply contact us at email@example.com to request a prepaid Australia Post return label. We will then send the label as an email attachment and return instructions.
Once the towels are received back at our warehouse, your order will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment.
If there are any manufacturing defects in any of our products, have been wrongly described, are different from our website images, or do not do what they are supposed to, then you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.
