We’re confident you’ll love your new Rockycay towels. While we don't accept returns for change of mind or incorrect product choice, we will, of course, look after you if there’s an issue with your order.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or with any manufacturing defect, we’ll happily refund or replace it. All our towels come with a lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects.

Return Instructions:

1. Contact us at towels@rockycay.com.au to request a prepaid Australia Post return label. We’ll email the label to you along with return instructions.

2. Once the towels are received by us, your order will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment.

Any additional shipping charges such as Standard Post, Express Post or Courier are non-refundable.
